This conversation helps both parties assess whether our approach would be appropriate for your needs. There is no expectation of commitment following this discussion.

Each engagement begins with a scoping phase where we collaboratively define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. We establish a work plan with regular touchpoints and clear milestones. Most engagements include workshop sessions with your team, individual stakeholder conversations, and periodic review meetings. We provide written documentation at key phases and conclude with a final presentation of recommendations and deliverables.

Engagement duration varies by service type. Brand positioning work typically spans five weeks. Change management consulting runs approximately eight weeks. Family business succession planning extends over four to six months given the sensitive nature of these conversations. We establish realistic timelines that allow for thorough analysis and stakeholder engagement rather than rushing to predetermined conclusions.

We maintain strict confidentiality protocols for all client engagements. This includes non-disclosure agreements, secure document handling, and careful management of stakeholder conversations. For family business work in particular, we recognize the emotional complexity and proceed with appropriate sensitivity. All engagement materials remain confidential and are shared only with designated stakeholders you approve.

Upon completion, you receive all deliverables in formats suitable for internal use and future reference. We typically offer a 30-day period following conclusion where you can reach out with clarifying questions at no additional charge. Some clients choose to engage us for implementation support or periodic check-ins, though this is entirely optional and discussed based on your needs.

While our office is based in Hong Kong and we have deep familiarity with the local business environment, we do work with organizations in other locations when the engagement scope aligns with our capabilities. For clients outside Hong Kong, we assess whether virtual collaboration would be appropriate or if the work would benefit from periodic in-person sessions. Each situation is evaluated individually.
